Logan International Airport in Boston is about 4 miles from the city center. A convenient free bus shuttle stop is located outside each terminal that will take you to the public transportation system.
For visitors from the North East, driving or taking the train is an option. Back Bay Station in the Back Bay, and South Station in the financial district, are serviced by Amtrak and MBTA commuter service. High speed rail service is available to/from New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington DC on the Acela Express.
Accommodations have been secured for the Kodava Convention at the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel.
A special rate is available at this hotel for convention attendees. Details on obtaining the convention rate will be provided upon registration.
There are a number of other hotels including the Park Plaza, the W, the Langham and the Taj within a close walk of the convention venue.
Given the busy time of year, we strongly encourage attendees to make their bookings early.
Boston provides great opportunities to visit historical landmarks like Faneuil Hall, the Paul Revere house and the Freedom Trail.
There are wonderful local museums including the Museum of Fine Arts, the USS Constitution Museum and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Across the Charles river you can visit the MIT Museum and take in the sights at Harvard Square.
